1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern access to CraftFlow. By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service provider

CraftFlow is provided by Craftflow.

3. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. If you use CraftFlow for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. The service is not directed to children.

4. Accounts and security

Provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting account credentials, securing devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share credentials in a way that violates your plan.

CraftFlow uses a specialized identity provider to manage passwords and authentication credentials. CraftFlow does not receive your password.

Account activation may require verification of an email address you control. An unverified account cannot access operational features. Verification does not guarantee subscription or free-trial eligibility, and does not by itself begin a paid subscription.

5. Workspaces and authorized users

Business records are organized by workspace. Each person accessing a workspace must be authorized. The workspace owner is responsible for keeping access appropriate and requesting removal when necessary.

6. The service

CraftFlow helps handmade businesses organize materials, suppliers, recipes, costing, production, inventory, customers, sales, dashboards, and reports. Features depend on the selected plan and may evolve.

CraftFlow is an operational tool, not accounting, tax, legal, product-safety, manufacturing, or regulatory advice. Calculations depend on the information you enter. You remain responsible for product safety, labeling, pricing, taxes, inventory decisions, recordkeeping, and compliance.

7. Subscriptions, recurring billing, and renewal

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. Unless canceled, a subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and Paddle may charge the associated payment method.

The plan scope, price, currency, billing period, and renewal terms shown at checkout control your purchase. Prices are not hardcoded into these Terms.

8. Paddle, payments, taxes, and price changes

Paddle processes checkout, payment information, applicable taxes, invoices, and subscription administration in the commercial role shown at checkout. Paddle's terms and privacy notice also apply.

CraftFlow does not directly receive full payment-card details. We may receive limited customer, subscription, transaction, status, currency, tax, and payment metadata needed to administer access.

If subscription pricing changes, reasonable advance notice will be provided when required, subject to mandatory law.

9. Trials and promotions

Eligible users may receive the free trial disclosed in the selected Starter, Pro, or Studio plan details. The subscription begins in trial status. Before checkout, the trial duration, recurring localized price, billing period, and any payment-method requirement are disclosed. CraftFlow does not offer a permanent free plan.

No recurring subscription fee is charged during a standard free trial. Unless canceled, recurring billing begins automatically when the trial ends. Canceling during the trial prevents future recurring charges and does not itself create a refund claim because no recurring fee has yet been charged.

Trial eligibility is limited to one free trial per eligible user, including across different workspaces. Prior subscription or trial history may make a user ineligible. Attempted abuse may result in refusal or termination of the trial. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Upgrades and downgrades

Plan changes use the available billing flow. Timing, prorations, credits, limits, and effective dates are shown before confirmation. A downgrade may reduce feature access, but does not authorize customer-data deletion outside the account-closure process.

11. Cancellation and refunds

Subscription cancellation, a refund request, an approved refund, a chargeback, and a payment dispute are separate actions. Supported subscription operations may be managed through Paddle's Customer Portal. Cancellation prevents a future renewal as described in the portal or at checkout, but does not automatically refund a previous charge.

You may submit a refund-review request through CraftFlow or use Paddle's buyer-support channels. A request does not guarantee a refund and does not automatically cancel a subscription. Any approved refund may be full or partial and depends on applicable law, Paddle's buyer terms, payment circumstances, and the request facts. CraftFlow does not promise a particular review or processing period.

Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled separately by the relevant providers. Using available resolution channels does not waive legal rights or mandatory consumer protections.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access for nonpayment, material breach, fraud, abuse, dangerous or unlawful activity, or a credible threat. When practical, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to address it. Immediate action may be required for security, legal, or harm-prevention reasons.

13. Customer data, license, exports, and closure

You retain rights in the business records and content you submit. You grant CraftFlow and its providers a limited, nonexclusive license to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and meet legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the right and lawful basis to process submitted data. You are responsible for appropriate exports or independent records. Export availability depends on current capabilities. After closure, data may be deleted or retained as described in the Privacy Policy, and recovery is not guaranteed.

14. Acceptable use

Use CraftFlow lawfully and respect other people and service integrity. You must not:

  • use the service unlawfully or infringe third-party rights;
  • attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, or probe security without written authorization;
  • engage in fraudulent billing or evade subscription limits;
  • share credentials contrary to your plan;
  • scrape, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service through abusive automation;
  • resell or sublicense the service without permission; or
  • store content you have no right to process.

15. Intellectual property and feedback

CraftFlow, its interface, software, branding, and documentation are owned by or licensed to the provider and protected by law. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use the service during an authorized subscription.

You retain ownership of original feedback. By voluntarily submitting it, you permit CraftFlow to review and use suggestions to improve the service. We are not required to implement a suggestion or provide compensation unless separately agreed.

16. Third-party services

CraftFlow relies on specialized providers for identity, infrastructure, data storage, communications, and billing. Paddle provides payment and subscription services. Provider availability and processing are subject to their applicable terms and do not limit CraftFlow's legal obligations.

17. Support, feedback, and service requests

CraftFlow provides in-product tools for bug reports, product feedback, general support, billing questions, and refund-review requests. Requests are reviewed as operational availability permits. No response time, resolution, bug fix, feature implementation, or release date is guaranteed, and the service does not provide emergency support.

CraftFlow does not currently accept ordinary product-support requests by inbound email or telephone. Users are responsible for checking request status and in-app notifications.

18. Communications

Official communications may include in-app notifications, account notices, automated account messages, Paddle billing communications, and legally required notices. These messages do not create an inbound email-support channel.

19. Changes, maintenance, and interruptions

We may modify features to improve, secure, or maintain the service. We aim to give reasonable notice of material reductions when practical. Maintenance, outages, provider failures, or events outside reasonable control may occur. Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted availability is not promised.

20. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, CraftFlow is provided on an “as available” basis. Estimates, reports, costs, margins, inventory values, and suggestions depend on user-entered data and should be independently reviewed. Mandatory warranties and consumer protections remain unaffected.

21. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. CraftFlow's aggregate liability will not exceed amounts paid during the 12 months before the relevant event. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

22. Indemnification

Where legally permitted, a business customer will defend and indemnify the provider against third-party claims caused by that customer's unlawful content, infringement, or material acceptable-use violation. This does not apply to the extent CraftFlow caused the claim.

23. Consumer and mandatory rights

These Terms do not exclude, restrict, or waive rights that cannot legally be excluded. If consumer law or another mandatory rule conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory rule controls.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. The updated version and date will be published here. Material changes will receive reasonable notice, and renewed acceptance will be requested when appropriate.

25. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by The laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and disputes may be brought in The courts with jurisdiction under applicable Brazilian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights, subject to mandatory consumer rules. Available resolution channels may be used before formal proceedings without waiving legal rights.

26. Contact

Account holders can submit service requests through Help & feedback. Anyone may submit a privacy-rights request through the public Privacy Request page. CraftFlow does not currently offer inbound email or telephone support for ordinary product-support requests.
